My current article in the San Diego Union-Tribune food section came out today:
It is the story of a venture foraging in North County with Chef William Eick (currently of the Mission Avenue Bar & Grill in Oceanside) as guide and guru. We ended up back at the restaurant creating three dishes from the fruits of that foraging.
